Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at jpellington.office@gmail.com with your order number.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, notify us before the deadline. See our Right of Withdrawal page for the full cancellation form.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: digital downloads, personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at jpellington.office@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us.

Rückgaben
Wir akzeptieren Rückgaben innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferung. Artikel müssen unbenutzt, im Originalzustand und in der Originalverpackung sein. Kontaktieren Sie uns unter jpellington.office@gmail.com mit Ihrer Bestellnummer.
Widerrufsrecht (EU)

Nicht rückgabefähige Artikel
Folgende Artikel können nicht zurückgegeben werden: digitale Downloads, personalisierte oder maßgefertigte Artikel, verderbliche Waren und als Endverkauf gekennzeichnete Artikel.
Erstattungen
Nach Erhalt und Prüfung Ihrer Rücksendung informieren wir Sie über die Genehmigung oder Ablehnung. Genehmigte Erstattungen werden innerhalb von 7–10 Werktagen auf Ihre ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode verarbeitet.
Umtausch
Wir ersetzen Artikel nur bei Defekten oder Beschädigungen. Kontaktieren Sie uns unter jpellington.office@gmail.com.
Rücksendekosten
Rücksendekosten trägt der Käufer, außer bei defekten oder falschen Artikeln. Wir empfehlen einen verfolgbaren Versandservice.
Verspätete oder fehlende Erstattungen
Prüfen Sie zunächst Ihr Bankkonto und kontaktieren Sie Ihr Kreditkartenunternehmen. Bei weiteren Fragen wenden Sie sich an uns.

Devoluciones
Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega. Los artículos deben estar sin usar, en su estado original y en el embalaje original. Contáctenos en jpellington.office@gmail.com con su número de pedido.
Derecho de Desistimiento (UE)

Artículos No Retornables
No se pueden devolver: descargas digitales, artículos personalizados, bienes perecederos y artículos marcados como venta final.
Reembolsos
Una vez recibida e inspeccionada su devolución, le notificaremos la aprobación o rechazo. Los reembolsos aprobados se procesarán en 7–10 días hábiles al método de pago original.
Cambios
Solo reemplazamos artículos defectuosos o dañados. Contáctenos en jpellington.office@gmail.com.
Gastos de Envío de Devolución
Los gastos de devolución corren a cargo del comprador, salvo artículos defectuosos o incorrectos. Recomendamos un servicio de envío con seguimiento.
Reembolsos Tardíos o Faltantes
Verifique su cuenta bancaria y contacte a su compañía de tarjeta de crédito. Si aún no recibió el reembolso, contáctenos.
