Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. jpellington reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and accepted. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at time of order placement applies. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, and customs unless stated otherwise. You warrant that all payment information provided is accurate and complete.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content on our Services — including trademarks, text, images, graphics, and video — is owned by jpellington or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Section 7 — Optional Tools
Third-party tools are provided "as is" without warranties. We accept no liability for your use of optional third-party tools.

jpellington is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with jpellington. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and jpellington. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge having read and accepted our privacy practices.
Section 11 — Feedback
By submitting feedback, you grant jpellington a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose. You warrant that your feedback does not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jpellington regarding use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.

Section 22 — Governing Law
From 01 August 2026, these Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Prior to that date, German law applies. Jurisdiction: Córdoba, Spain (from 01.08.2026) / Weilrod, Germany (until 31.07.2026).
Section 23 — Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Section 24 — Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

Preise können ohne Vorankündigung geändert werden. Es gilt der Preis zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung. Preise verstehen sich ohne Steuern, Versand und Zoll, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

Alle Lieferzeiten sind Schätzungen. Wir haften nicht für Verzögerungen durch Spediteure, Zoll oder höhere Gewalt. Das Risiko geht mit Übergabe an den Spediteur auf Sie über.

Wir können Ihren Zugang jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung beenden. Bestimmungen zu geistigem Eigentum, Haftung und geltendem Recht bleiben nach Beendigung in Kraft.

Diese AGB stellen die gesamte Vereinbarung zwischen Ihnen und jpellington dar und ersetzen alle früheren Vereinbarungen.

Sie dürfen diese AGB nicht ohne unsere vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung abtreten. Wir können unsere Rechte ohne Benachrichtigung übertragen.
Abschnitt 22 — Anwendbares Recht
Ab dem 01. August 2026 gilt spanisches Recht. Bis zum 31. Juli 2026 gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand: Córdoba, Spanien (ab 01.08.2026) / Weilrod, Deutschland (bis 31.07.2026).

Abschnittsüberschriften dienen nur der Übersichtlichkeit und haben keinen Einfluss auf die Auslegung dieser AGB.
Abschnitt 24 — Änderungen der AGB
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu aktualisieren. Die weitere Nutzung unserer Dienste nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung. Wesentliche Änderungen werden gemäß geltendem Recht mitgeteilt.

Sección 23 — Encabezados
Los encabezados de sección son meramente orientativos y no afectan a la interpretación de estos Términos.
Sección 24 — Cambios en los Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de nuestros Servicios tras los cambios implica su aceptación. Los cambios sustanciales se comunicarán conforme a la legislación aplicable.
